Position Title: Divisional Trainer

Location: Remote, Europe

The Role:

  • Identify training needs and gaps using a systematic approach to identify team and individual learning outcomes.
  • Design and deliver engaging, role-specific training sessions that support skill enhancement and knowledge acquisition.
  • Design learning activities and resources on the intended learning outcomes and different learning styles.
  • Utilize various training methods (in-person, virtual, self-paced, LMS) to maximize participant engagement.
  • Gather feedback on training outcomes and adjust programs to address any additional requirements for skill development.
  • Analyze training outcomes, measure ROI, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records within LMS and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Ensure compliance with all training requirements, including company requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with career development and succession planning goals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to ensure training initiatives align with participant needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify key skills and competencies needed for employee growth and provide a recommended training plan to support.
  • Provide regular, consistent, and transparent communication and interaction about training activities, plans, statistics, potential gaps, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Manage and prioritize training projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation

Additional information (including specialised qualifications and skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, Organizational Development, a related field, or proven work experience.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), or similar certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and record-keeping practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and other departments to align training with organizational goals.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking.
